You have the possibility to customize emails sent to your customers, namely:
- The transaction confirmation email (sent automatically)
- The refund confirmation email (sent automatically)
- The payment requests

- The name displayed to your customers
All modifications done in the Logo and "Brand name" part also have an effect on the payment page.

Contact email modification:
The email address to which your customers will be able to contact you, can be changed from the "Settings" menu , and "My account" sub-menu. You will find the contact email which will be displayed to your customers at the bottom of the page.
Contact email for your customers
The answer address will allow your customers to directly write to you, answering the confirmation email, to provide additionnal information about their order or to ask questions. Thus, we recommend you to regularly look at this email address in order to avoir litigation or misunderstanding.
