When you receive a payment via Payplug, the amount is immediately put on an isolated account. Thus, it isn't automatically transferred to your bank account.
In compliance with the French banking regulation, an isolated account allow that the amount you have on your Payplug account, not to be confused with other merchant's or Payplug's.
The money available on your PayPlug account doesn't "work" then, and remain yours, even when it isn't transferred to your bank account.
In order to receive the money in your bank account, you need to request a transfer by going to the "Transfers" section of your PayPlug portal, and then clicking on "Transfer my balance." A pop-up will then appear, offering you the option to transfer the entire balance or allowing you to enter a lesser amount for a partial transfer.

If your plan allows, you can set up automatic transfers. In this case, click on the box labeled "Automatic Transfers (Inactive)."
