If you want to use this feature, you need to subscribe the Pro offer.
For the moment, Payplug offers not-guaranteed installment payments only.
How to get the not-guaranteed installment payments
Installment payment is avilable through the following channels:
PrestaShop module: if you use the PrestaShop CMS, the Payplug module natively includes the installment feature.

Technical integration: if you have a custom website (so you don't use a CMS such as WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, etc.) you can set up installment payments through a technical integration.
The guide is available on our API documentation. Be careful, we advise that developers only use this method.
How does the installment payment work?
Before using the installment payment feature, you should read carefully the following points:
- Installment payment enables to pay in 2,3 or 4 times.
- Installment payment is not guaranteed. The card is submitted for each installment, which means your customer's bank account should have a credit balance.
- In case of a failed payment, the upcoming installments are cancelled and so is the associated order.
- Installment payment doesn't let you modify the amount of upcoming deadlines.
- It is impossible to apply installment payment to a specific product, category, or customers' group.
- You and your customers receive a payment confirmation by mail at each due date.
- Installment payment can not be used for selling alcoholic beverages.
