Once your documents are approved, we may contact you if we need more details about your activity and website.
We will keep you informed in any case.
Several points may cause a delay in your activation :
- Some documents are not compliants or expired.
- Your website is not accessible.
- Your General Terms and Conditions and/or Legal Terms are missing.
Please note that we won't be able to activate your account as long as your site is not online with your products and services.
If you plan to use us with payment requests, you still need to have a showcase website.
If you are waiting for our response, please don't forget to monitor your mail box. You may also log to your PayPlug console in order to verify which documents are requested or need to be replaced.
In order to speed up the activation process, we remind you that it is very important provide us the exact documents that we requested.
