How to subscribe?
Two entry points to choose from :
- From the “Help” section in your Portal menu, click on the link “Customise your notifications” 
- From the “Settings” section in your Portal menu, go to the “Notifications” tab, then click on the link in “here” of the sentence: “Configure your notifications here to follow only the services that concern you.” 
- You will then access a secure form. 
- Provide your contact details to receive notifications by email, phone, or through both channels, according to your preference. - ⚠️ Note: Please enter your phone number in the international format: +33 6 XX XX XX XX. 
Once the form is submitted, if you have provided your email address, you will receive a message within an hour inviting you to confirm your subscription.
If you provided your phone number, you will receive an SMS within an hour containing a validation link to finalise your subscription.
Once this step is completed, you will receive another message (by email or SMS, depending on the contact provided) confirming that your subscription has been successfully registered.
