From this interface, you can:
- Submit, view, and track your support requests
- Benefit from faster support and optimized resolution times
Thanks to request categorization, we can process them faster by connecting you with the expert dedicated to your specific issue. Since its implementation, the Help Center has become the preferred communication channel.
To continue providing you with the best performance at all levels, the Help Center will become the single entry point for all new support requests. Ongoing tickets will not be affected.
Starting August 1, 2024, you will no longer be able to send your questions directly to support@payplug.com. For any assistance requests, you can open a ticket directly in the Help Center when you cannot find the information in the FAQ section.
