How to locate my transactions in may PayPlug portal?

Once you have created your account, you can easily locate all of the payments processed via PayPlug. 

Although we save the entirety of the transactions processed via PayPlug, by default only those corresponding to the last 3 months will be selected. 

If you are looking transactions corresponding to an earlier time period, you can easily adjust the start and end date.

To find a transaction: 

Log into your PayPlug account.
Before looking for the desired transaction, check if you are in Test or Live Mode (as both modes are independent). 

Go to the "Payments" menu. 
Check the dates. Despite the last 90 days being selected by default, if you want older transactions all you have to do is increase the selected interval. 

In the search field, to the top of the page, introduce your client's email or his PayPlug transaction number. 

If you click on the "Export" button towards the top right of the screen, the accounting export will be downloaded in csv format you will find that the dates correspond to those chosen in the portal.
